The AREATE Snap SN-20 from Japanese manufacturer DECOY has pretty much everything a snap should have. It is easy to open and close, made of extremely fine wire and therefore very light. Nevertheless, the snap is very sturdy, as it is made of robust stainless steel that has been heat-treated to reduce material fatigue. Due to its relatively round shape, the AREATE Snap can be used with a variety of lures, such as spoons, hardbaits and jigs. The snap hook was primarily developed for trout fishing, but it is just as suitable for perch fishing.
