Please return the items with postage prepaid to our warehouse. Once we receive the return, we will notify you by email.

To be able to assign your return, we need either the order number from the online store or the invoice number, a printout of the invoice would be optimal. In case of an exchange, please also include a note about what should be exchanged and what replacement items you would like to have. A phone number for any queries is also always very helpful.
If you have received a defective product, we will of course exchange it free of charge. Please contact us and send us a photo of the defective item, as well as the order or invoice number. We will then contact you immediately to discuss the further procedure.
