Exchange & Returns

The ordered hooks are too small or the soft bait should be a little bigger? No problem, here you will find all information about exchanges and returns. If you can't find the right answer to your question, just contact us.

Please return the items with postage prepaid to our warehouse. Once we receive the return, we will notify you by email.

To be able to assign your return, we need either the order number from the online store or the invoice number, a printout of the invoice would be optimal. In case of an exchange, please also include a note about what should be exchanged and what replacement items you would like to have. A phone number for any queries is also always very helpful.

Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, an exchange is possible without any problems. Please contact us to ensure that the refund period is adhered to.

Please send the items back to us with postage prepaid. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange them and send them to you free of shipping costs. Please note that we can only exchange flawless, unused goods.

Once the return has been fully processed by us, you will receive the refund within 3 business days via the payment method selected when placing the order.

If you have received a defective product, we will of course exchange it free of charge. Please contact us and send us a photo of the defective item, as well as the order or invoice number. We will then contact you immediately to discuss the further procedure.
