Product description

The ChatterBait Elite Evo HD from Z-Man is the heavy-duty version of the proven ChatterBait Elite Evo and at least 40 % stronger than the original. It is built for the moments when you have to hold firm: with big fish, in dense weeds and on braided line. You tie your line to a solid, welded teardrop-shaped ring, and the reinforced connection between the jig head and the ChatterBlade withstands even hard fights. The extra strong, coated NeedlePoint hook in size 5/0 penetrates reliably and has the power to pull big fish out of weeds and wood. A molded Split Grip and a double Wirekeeper hold the trailer much more firmly than the single wire on the standard Elite Evo. The hexagonal stainless steel ChatterBlade sits directly on the head, starts up instantly and creates the erratic, darting action you expect from a ChatterBait. A firmly wire-tied skirt made of 100 % silicone, detailed paint jobs and large 3D eyes round off the Elite Evo HD, a Chatterbait for big pike and zander.

Advantages

  • At least 40 % stronger
Welded ring, reinforced connection of head and ChatterBlade and an extra strong hook.
  • Hook for big fish
The NeedlePoint hook in size 5/0 penetrates reliably and has enough power to pull even big fish out of cover.
  • Trailer stays in position
Split Grip and double Wirekeeper hold the soft plastic more firmly than the single wire on the Elite Evo.
  • Instant vibration
The hexagonal stainless steel ChatterBlade sits directly on the jig head, starts up instantly and creates the erratic, darting action.
  • Durable skirt
The skirt made of 100 % silicone is tied on with wire and even withstands pike bites.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. How does the Elite Evo HD differ from the ChatterBait Elite Evo?
It is at least 40 % stronger: the ring, the connection of head and blade and the hook are reinforced, and instead of the single wire a Split Grip with a double Wirekeeper holds the trailer. Where you need a lot of pressure, with big fish, in weeds or on braided line, the HD is the better choice.

  2. Which trailer fits the ChatterBait Elite Evo HD?
The 4.5" Chatterspike and the 4.5" Chattershad from Z-Man are a good fit. Split Grip and double Wirekeeper hold the soft plastic securely.
