The 4" Curly Shad from Bass Assassin is a true classic and a proven weapon when it comes to zander, perch, and pike. The special feature of this rubber fish is its unique, S-shaped curled twister tail, which ensures extremely lively action even at the slowest retrieval speed. Its normal soft rubber compound gives it a natural action in the water. Another well-thought-out detail is the integrated belly slot, which allows for perfect and weed-free rigging with offset hooks.

    Jig heads in sizes 2/0 to 3/0 are ideal for the 4" (approx. 10 cm) long Curly Shad. When using offset hooks, for example for Texas or Carolina rigs, sizes 2/0 or 3/0 are also a very good choice to ensure optimal bait balance and a secure bite.
  2. For which target fish is the bait ideal?
    The 4" Curly Shad is a real all-rounder for our native predatory fish. It is ideal for targeted fishing for zander and large bass, but is also very popular with pike.
  3. What is the belly slot good for?
    The belly slit holds the offset hook so that the hook tip lies close to the back of the rubber lure. This enables a weedless presentation. When bitten, the hook slides effortlessly out of the rubber and securely hooks into the fish's mouth.

Schnell und zuverlässig

Wie immer super schneller und zuverlässiger Versand. Gute Aktionen im Herbst Sale aktuell.
Einziger kleiner Aspekt, den ich im Vergleich zu einigen Jahren vorher negativ betrachte (kein Grund für einen Punktabzug!): Die Markenvielfalt gerade im Bereich der Jigköpfe (Mustad, Owner, VMC etc.) hat stark nachgelassen. Klar, hab vollstes Verständnis, dass man die Eigenmarke pushen möchte und nicht mit etablierten Herstellern im eigenen Webshop konkurrieren möchte. Aber bei mir hat dies letzten Endes dafür gesorgt, dass die Bestellanzahl deutlich zurückgegangen ist, da ich in diesem Teilbereich Eure Auswahl früher sehr gefeiert habe.
