The DECOY TX-DAN Sinker Heavy DS-9H are heavy free-running weights that are used for fishing with the Free Rig, a variation of the Texas Rig. The weight glides freely on the line in front of the lure, enabling good casting distances. In the water, the advantages of the free rig are that the rig sinks with pinpoint accuracy and the lure can be picked up by the fish with significantly less frictional resistance. The DECOY TX-DAN Sinker Heavy DS-9H are powder-coated and the plastic guide in the eye protects the leader. They are ideal for deeper waters, strong currents and sea fishing.
