V-Tail
The classic among the no action shads. V-Tails are especially popular for vertical fishing and fishing with the Drop Shot Rig, but are generally suitable for all finesse rigs. Many V-Tails are also ideal soft jerks that break out nicely to the sides when rigged on an offset hook and swing seductively over their long axis during the sinking phases. When fishing for zander, V-tails are mainly used in winter, when they prefer a somewhat more discreet action.
